Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

The short version. We keep what we need to run your account. We do not sell your data. A business owner whose website is in FreshLeads can ask us to remove it.

1. Who is responsible

FreshLeads.cc is a service of ZoomGTM Sales Inc. (OfficeX), which is responsible for your data. Write to us at operator@zoom-gtm.com about any privacy question.

2. Data about you, our member

3. Data about businesses in our leads

A lead is a business. We collect what the business publishes on its own website and on public pages: its name, website, business email, phone, social profiles and location. We use it to show the business to members whose filters match it. A website owner can ask us to remove the website, and we then remove it and its subdomains.

We find these businesses in public sources: new website registrations and certificates, product launch sites, app stores and public posts. When a website says it wants no unsolicited email, we tag the lead warning:no_solicitations for our members.

4. Why we use data

To run the service you asked for, to bill you, to keep the service safe, to answer you, and to improve it. For leads, the reason is a legitimate interest in business-to-business contact, balanced by the right to opt out and to removal.

5. Who we share data with

Only the providers that run the service for us: Amazon Web Services (hosting, US), Stripe (payments), Resend and Google (email you send), PostHog (analytics) and AI model providers (to score leads and write drafts; they get the text needed for each task). We do not sell personal data. We give data to authorities only when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except billing records the law requires us to keep.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can object to its use. Write to operator@zoom-gtm.com. If you live in the EU, the UK or another place with data protection law, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and storage

The app keeps your sign-in and settings in your browser's local storage. Analytics uses PostHog. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. For a large change, we tell you by email or in the app.
